During this period Mosinzhstroi has been leading company in Russia construction engineering, working as general constructor to build engineering infrastructure projects in Moscow. The work of company specialists is invisibly present in the life of every Muscovite as utility lines and roads in most housing district of the city over the past several decades have been built by Mosinzhstroi. The city entrusts Mosinzhstroi engineers with numerous unique architectural projects. Mosinzhstroi is a general contractor for constructional engineering of central underground elements of the Moscow-City Business Centre, including new mini-metro stations. The Centre will be a place where Europe’s biggest underground facilities and highest buildings will be located. In the middle of 1990s, Mosinzhstroi directed the constructional engineering of a giant  multifunctional underground trading centre “Ohotniy Ryad”. Situated near the Moscow Kremlin, “Ohotniy Ryad” covers more than 70,000 square meters. Twelve out of thirty-five kilometers of the Moscow third ring road were also erected by Mosinzhstroi.
